We hold the exclusive right to modify or extend the Participation Terms whenever we consider it necessary. You’ll be notified of updates through your registered email. Modified terms will also be published on our website. Changes could result from internal guidelines updates or alterations in Game Policies. Should you object to such modifications, you can opt-out of using our Fantasy Cricket services by submitting an account deactivation form. Continuing to use our Services following modifications will be considered acceptance of the amended User Consent Agreement and Participation Terms.

Appropriate Use of Platform

Utilizing our Platform for commercial ventures or profit-seeking intents is strictly banned. This Platform is strictly intended for entertainment and recreational use. Your loomluxee.com account should be used solely for leisure. Investigating, modifying, or reverse-engineering any aspect of the Platform is expressly forbidden. Employing bot tools, including AI-driven applications, is fully prohibited. Every Fantasy Cricket Event must be manually launched via the available tools on our Platform.

Account Credential Safety

Once your user profile is registered, it becomes solely your duty to protect your login data. Do not divulge it to relatives, friends, or untrusted individuals. We are not liable for any breaches stemming from unauthorized access to your login info.

Eligibility Rules

• Only persons who are at least 18 years of age are permitted to join our Events.
• Only Indian nationals presently residing in India may register for Events.
• Due to territorial laws in certain Indian states, loomluxee might restrict access for users in those zones. At present, individuals in Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, or Sikkim are restricted from receiving rewards due to applicable legislation.
• A legitimate email must be provided to participate in Events.
• Only individuals who are properly registered on loomluxee.com and have logged into an Event as per the defined standards are eligible to engage or claim prizes.

Violation Response & Handling

If a violation of our Participation Terms is identified during checks, or if your actions endanger loomluxee, its members, or the platform’s integrity, the measures listed below may be enforced as necessary:

1. Expel disruptive users from active Events;
2. Permanently bar you from the Platform;
3. Seize remaining wallet funds;
4. Launch rightful procedures via courts or legal means, or pursue financial redress;
5. For major violations, apply permanent bans from all forthcoming entries and restrict future profile formation.

Any verdict rendered by loomluxee’s in-house regulatory committee concerning wrongdoing is definitive and cannot be challenged. These penalties exist independently of all applicable legal rights or procedures.

Governing Law, Disputes & Policy Compliance

These Regulations are governed by Indian legal framework. Any conflict shall be resolved based on the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Platform Content Ownership

All items on our Portal—code, photos, icons, graphics, and layout (collectively termed “Platform Content Ownership”)—are legally protected by copyright and intellectual property rules. Furthermore, any input offered by users—such as comments, submissions, uploads, or discussions—can be stored and treated as part of Platform Content Ownership. loomluxee maintains rights to use such data as required.

Our Portal might include hyperlinks or reroutes to third-party websites. We accept no liability for external material and do not vouch for its accuracy, relevance, or dependability. Accessing them is completely your responsibility.

By leaving loomluxee.com for third-party domains, you become subject to those sites’ distinct terms. We do not govern or endorse those entities. A link does not signify recommendation.

Event Classifications

• loomluxee features two distinct forms of Events: (1) General Access Matches available to the broader audience, and (2) Invite-Based Matches restricted to selected users. Both forms are governed by equal rules.
• General Access Matches
  • In General Access Matches, loomluxee may initiate contests involving varied team counts—2, 3, 5, 10, 100, or as specifically declared.
  • Some contests involve a registration fee, and the final standings determine the victors at closure.
  • Every Match outlines a minimum player threshold required to start. If this is met, the session proceeds. Otherwise, it is canceled and fully refunded.
  • Some contests labeled “Locked Matches” commence as soon as victory criteria are met, regardless of remaining spots. Enrollment remains open until game start or full occupancy. If participation is lacking, full refunds are processed.

Custom Matches

• In Custom Matches, players may build games, distribute invites, and determine team sizes of 2, 3, 5, or 10. The host finances the game, titles it, and is given a personal League ID. Only the title may be altered afterward. The host must provide a Facebook or email ID to allow loomluxee to send invitations.
• To participate in a Custom Match, the invitee must enter the Match ID and submit the fee. Once slots are filled, extra users are barred. If spots remain open one hour before game start, the game may be Publicly listed. loomluxee does not guarantee this feature will operate or attract others. If still incomplete, all funds are refunded.
• Only users with direct invites may participate. loomluxee assumes no liability for technical errors or breaches that obstruct entry.

Accountability & Indemnity

By using our Services or joining Events, you agree to protect, reimburse, and hold us harmless from all liabilities or damages (including legal fees and penalties) resulting from:

1. Copyright conflicts tied to your contributions;
2. Fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful actions by others, including fraud or invalid participation;
3. Unauthorized use, mishandling, or abuse of your access details;
4. Game bugs, lags, halts, data errors, security flaws, or technical failures;
5. Unapproved account activity, even if previously allowed.

Jurisdiction & Legal Venue

These Guidelines and our Privacy Practices are governed by Indian laws. All legal proceedings must be filed solely within courts located in New Delhi.

Repayment & Exit Policy

All digital wallet additions, entry payments, and match participation through loomluxee.com involving Fantasy Cricket are not eligible for refunds. Reimbursements are only granted in cases of platform-related technical failures. While we appreciate feedback from users, only faults caused by system glitches will be reviewed.

If you suspect an incorrect billing, transfer, or acquisition linked to loomluxee, it should be reported within 72 hours. We’ll investigate and decide the outcome at our exclusive discretion.

loomluxee maintains authority to halt any session at any point, with or without justification. Any users affected will have their credits fully reinstated.

Users are barred from accessing game areas once the real-life event (from the linked Series) is underway.

Legal Statement & Statutory Alignment

• Competitions requiring skill are recognized as lawful within Indian law and do not fall under acts like the Public Gambling Act, 1867. The Indian Supreme Court upheld this view in State of Andhra Pradesh v. K Satyanarayana (AIR 1968 SC 825) and KR Lakshmanan v. State of Tamil Nadu (AIR 1996 SC 1153), ruling that pursuits involving intellect, technique, retention, reasoning, and evaluation are legal.
• The loomluxee site hosts games requiring ability where triumph is based on analyzing cricket and/or football and/or kabaddi metrics, identifying play patterns, reading in-game scenarios, and knowing match types (ODI, Test, T20 in cricket), in addition to timing and squad logic. • By taking part in any Game, you agree that it is an ability-focused activity—not chance-based.

Fantasy Scoring Method

Should any flaws or inconsistencies in this feed influence results, loomluxee.com will aim to resolve the issue before delivering prizes. Since we rely on external content, we disclaim responsibility for errors on their end. You agree not to pursue legal action against loomluxee in such matters.

Team Formation: Suggested team configurations are available to support users in creating lineups on loomluxee. These are derived from third-party sources and open platforms. Users are encouraged to verify details independently. loomluxee is not answerable if a player marked “Available” fails to participate.

Prize Rules

1. Each user may claim only one prize per calendar date.

4. Every participant is allowed only one account in Free Entry Cash or Item Events. Maintaining several loomluxee Fantasy Cricket profiles is completely forbidden.
5. Prize processing, levies, or duties fall strictly on the winner.
6. All winnings are subject to TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) according to the Income Tax Act, 1961. Tax reports will be issued. Additional charges like income or gift tax are the exclusive burden of the winner.
